After a successful 25+-year career in high-level positions at IBM, I made the joyful transition to running my business full time! This move had been a long time coming. For years, I had been coaching internally and some externally and knew that helping others achieve uncommon success was my calling.

I was able to take my team to India, China and France to participate in cross-cultural transformative work. This was an incredible journey and my departure in no way diminishes it. Quite the contrary, this valuable experience of leadership truly helped me become a stronger coach and mentor.

Since I had already begun working on my business for the last five years, it made for a much easier transition. I wanted to take those lessons, coaching and leading talented committed people and use them for my greater mission, my desire to be of service to more business owners like myself. And to spend more time with my friends, travel and enjoy my Munchkin kitty, Bear!
